HI it's Scott and I know what it's like to feel discouraged, stuck, lost without a good plan to move forward. Even though I could be described as a "High Achiever" inside I was feeling unmotivated, bored, and unfulfilled.
I ended up wondering, "what am I missing?". I kept going through the motions of life and work, but was really lacking passion for what I was doing. I had some accolades of success...the car, the house, the income, the "Instagram Marriage", but at the end of the day, was empty inside. I even hired a coach to help, but it only led me further down the path I was already going down, which was the wrong path.
What I didn't realize at the time, was I needed a complete overhaul of my entire modus operandi. I did this for years before I finally discovered the Alignment Operating System which finally showed me how to be a purposed-focused entrepreneur, and align my work and my entire life to that purpose.
That was eight years ago. Since then, full of confidence and internal clarity for what I truly want to create in life, I have systematically followed a predictable process that has made a huge impact on me, my business, my life and my family . I have integrated that process into a compelling future, vision, and purpose. I teach my clients to do the same...
